JUDGMENT
The sole relief sought for by the petitioner, who is the complainant in complaint No. 361/2015, on the files of the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Thiruvananthapuram, to consider and dispose of the said complaint on an early basis, since the same is pending for the past three years.
nature, I think it is only appropriate that the writ petition is disposed of with suitable directions. There will be a direction to
the first respondent to make every endeavor to dispose of Ext.
