The petitioner who is working as Sub Engineer (Electrical) in Electrical Section, Athani is aggrieved by Ext.P3 order by which she was transferred to Generation Division, Idamalayar in connection with disciplinary proceedings and also by Ext.P4 order issued on 06.06.2018 relieving her with direction to report for duty before Executive Engineer, Generation Division, Idamalayar. The petitioner has submitted several
representations before the respondents pointing out the grievances on account of the transfer as well as the circumstances under which the disciplinary proceedings are initiated against her.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that as at present there is a vacancy in the Transformer and Meter Reporting Unit, Angamaly.
In view of the grievances pointed out by the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel on instructions submits that the

petitioner can be accommodated at there. Accordingly the writ petition is closed.
