JUDGMENT
The petitioner who is presently working in FL-1 shop, Thrissur was transferred to that shop as per Ext.P1 order, while he was working at FL-1 shop at Konni. In obedience to Ext.P1 order petitioner joined in FL-1 shop, Thrissur on 2.3.2018. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P4 representation pointing out the difficulties he is facing on account of the transfer.
As Ext.P4 representation has already been submitted with medical certificate, it is for the Managing Director to consider the same and pass orders. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
