In this review petition, the petitioners point out that the term of contract of their appointment was to continue till 1.4.2018. From Ext.P2 agreement produced in the writ petition, it is seen that the agreement was dated 1.4.2016 and it was for a period of two years, which is to expire only by 1.4.2018.
(i) the figures “01.03.2018“ occurring in paragraphs 3 and 5 of the judgment shall stand corrected as “1.4.2018”
(ii) in the last sentence of the judgment the figures “2.3.2018” shall stand corrected as “2.4.2018”.
