The 2nd petitioner may make request in that regard for grant of copy of the order before the 3rd respondent, within ten days and on receipt of the application, the 3rd respondent will make available the copy of the order, within two weeks thereafter. After receipt of the same, the 2nd petitioner may file appeal to challenge the said impugned order of mutation before the Appellate Authority concerned, viz, 2nd respondent, in terms of the provisions contained in the Transfer of Registry Rules, within one month from the date of receipt of the copy of the aforesaid documents. The said appeal should also be accompanied by a formal application to condone the delay along with an affidavit explaining the reasons for the delay. Upon receipt of the said appeal and the delay condonation application, the 2nd respondent will issue notice to the petitioner and 4th respondent and then will initially pass orders on the application to condone the delay. In that regard, the specific plea prayed by the 2nd petitioner that she has not been earlier served with copy of the impugned order of mutation, should be duly taken into account. The appeal may be disposed of without much delay, after granting an opportunity of being heard to the 2nd petitioner and the 4th respondent, within two months from the date of service of notice on the 4th respondent.
