Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation, though we do not find any error in the judgment of the learned Single Judge, taking into account the fact that the petitioner had remitted the entire amount, the time for payment granted by the learned Single Judge shall stand extended until 06.02.2018.
Writ appeal is disposed of accordingly.
