PW2 is the minor son who witnessed the alleged incident. Nothing was brought out to discredit his evidence either by way of any material omission or contradiction. On the other hand, his presence in the place of occurrence, a paddy field belonged to PW1 lying adjoined to the residential compound of the victim, is more probable and acceptable, especially when nothing was elucidated to discard his oral evidence. He was aged 15 years at the time of his examination and aged 14 years at the time of alleged incident. He had given a vivid picture of what actually happened on the ill fated day.
