Heard Sri.M.A.Asif, the learned Government Pleader for the appellants and also Sri. Mohan Jacob George, the learned counsel for the respondents.

It is submitted by the respondents that the affiliation for the concerned Polytechnics have been granted by the Director of Technical Education subject to a deposit of affiliation fee, and the receipt of the affiliation fee is acknowledged by the Director of Technical Education, by uploading in the website. In such circumstances, while closing the writ appeal, we direct that the petitioners college be forthwith included in the allotment process for polytechnic course in the academic year 2018-2019. The respondents shall inform the interested applicants, through public notice, about the affiliation of the institute so that the allotment of students to the petitioner's college can be made at the next stage of allotment.
