ORDER
This review petition is filed by the writ petitioner pointing out that this Court directed the DPI to pass orders, in tune with Ext.P11 order issued by the Government, when Government had passed orders contrary to the provisions contained in Rule 6(d) of KER, which provides that broken service of teachers in a leave vacancy should be terminated for want of vacancy due to rejoining after regular hands.
