ORDER
In view of the limited nature of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within twenty days in S.T. No. 28 of 2016 and applies for regular bail, the court below shall consider and dispose of the application for bail in accordance with law on the date of surrender itself.
