'It is stated that the petitioner has filed Anx.A4 suit before the Sub Court, Amini, seeking to declare that the dissolution of the marriage by the two instant talaq pronounced by the defendant husband is null and void, and for other ancillary reliefs. That there is no notified Family Court within the Union territory of Lakshadweep and that the petitioner had initially filed the said suit before the District Court, Kavaratti and the said court did not entertain the said suit and had directed the petitioner to approach the court of a lowest grade having jurisdiction. That thereupon the petitioner has presented the said suit before the Sub Court, Amini and it is reliably learnt that the said Sub Court, Amini, is also notified with the power of Munsiff in some territorial area. Further that the only other Munsiff's Court, is the one at Androth and that no judicial officer has been posted to fill up the post of Munsiff Androth and that the judicial officer, who is now holding the post of Sub Court, Amini is given charge in respect of the Munsiff's Court, Androth.
