JUDGMENT
When these Original Petitions were taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent in both the petitions passed away as early as on 13.2.2016 and no steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives. Now, more than two years have already lapsed. A photocopy of the death certificate was placed before me for perusal. Going by the death certificate, it is clear that the respondent passed away as early as on 13.2.2016. No steps have been taken so far to implead the legal representatives of the deceased respondent. Hence, both the Original Petitions abated. Hence, dismissed as abated.
