“O.S.395/2017 on the file of this Court was filed by Girija on 6/10/2017 against Sankaranarayan Nair and seven others seeking permanent prohibitory injunction. On 6/10/2017, after hearing the counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the affidavit and the documents produced, an ad interim injunction was granted in I.A.2125/2017 restraining the respondents, their men or agents from trespassing into the plaint schedule properties or from committing waste or damages therein or from interfering with plaintiff's peaceful possession over the properties or from demolishing the boundaries existing therein and the application was posted to 23/10/2017 for the appearance of the respondents. On 23/10/2017, the first, the second, the fourth to eighth respondents/defendants appeared through Advocate V.Ramesh. On 23/10/2017, the third respondent/defendant was set ex parte in I.A.2125/2017. The application seeking temporary injunction (I.A.2125/2017) was posted to 13/11/2017 and 16/12/2017 for filing counter affidavit by the respondents. Since the respondents have not filed counter affidavit, the application was adjourned to 24/2/2018, which is the suit date. On verification of the case bundle, it is seen that the respondents have not filed counter affidavit till this date."
