The learned Senior Government Pleader was requested to get instructions from the official respondents as to the present stage of S.M.No.34/2018 on the file of the Land Tribunal (Devaswom), Malappuram and S.M.No.424/2018 on the file of the Land Tribunal, Tirur, and as to the reasonable time required for its disposal.

Now, it is submitted by the learned Senior Government

Pleader on the basis of instructions from the official respondents concerned that the Land Tribunal (Devaswom), Malappuram and the

Land Tribunal, Tirur, will take all reasonable measures to ensure final disposal of S.M.No.34/2018 and S.M.No.424/2018, respectively, within a period of one year from the date of completion of service of notice on the affected parties.

Accordingly, it is ordered in the interest of justice that the Land Tribunal (Devaswom), Malappuram will take all reasonable measures to ensure final disposal of S.M.No.34/2018 within a period of one year from the date of completion of service of notice on the affected

parties. So also, it is ordered and the Land Tribunal, Tirur, will take all reasonable necessary steps to ensure final disposal of S.M.No.424/2018, without much delay, preferably within a period of one month from the date of completion of service of notice on the affected parties.

The petitioner will produce a certified copy of this judgment before the court below concerned for necessary information.

With these observations and directions, the above Original Petitions (Civil) will stand finally disposed of.
