The prayer in this Original Petition (Civil) filed under the enabling
provisions contained in Art.227 of the Constitution of India is/ as follows:
“a direction to the first and second respondents to dispose S.M.No.121/2018 within a reasonable time. ”
submits that as instructed by the petitioner, the petitioner's counsel has already filed a withdrawal memo dated 28.2.2018, which reads as follows:
“It is submitted that the petitioner has advised me that he is not interesting to proceed with the above original petition. In the above circumstances it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the petitioner to withdraw the above Original Petition with liberty to file afresh.”
