JUDGMENT
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for
the respondent submitted that the suit itself was dismissed. The present petition is filed against the order passed at the interim stage, hence
became infructuous in view of the dismissal of the suit.
Original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
