JUDGMENT

The learned Government Pleader has produced the order, dated 14.6.2018, of the Tahsildar to say that decision was taken to accept the land tax from the petitioner and, therefore, it is submitted that there is due compliance with the court's direction dated, 5.10.2010 in the W.P.(C)11303 of 2008. The petitioner is represented by the learned counsel Sri.Asok M. Cherian and he has been furnished with the copy of the said compliance order dated 14.6.2018.
The above order shows the compliance with the court's direction and, accordingly, this contempt case is closed. The copy of the order dated, 14.6.2018 be kept in the case records.
