The grievance in this petition is that though, on the basis of Annexure A5 judgment in W.P.(C) No.27860 of 2017, a full time Executive Officer has been appointed in Tripuranthaka Devaswom, the appointee is not available to discharge the duties.

Now that such an undertaking has been given by the respondent, this petition is closed. It is made clear that in case the undertaking is not complied with, it would be open to the petitioner to move afresh.
