JUDGMENT
The petitioner was re-instated in service and posted as the Managing Director, Kerala Automobiles Limited, Aralummod, Thiruvananthapuram, after passing an affirmative order in Ext. P22. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was not posted in the parent organization after revoking his suspension. This Court did not issue any such direction and the petitioner cannot claim as a matter of right that he should be posted at a particular place. Therefore, I do not find any contempt involved in this case. Accordingly, this Contempt of Court Case stands dismissed.
