It is respectfully submitted that thereafter copies of the documents sought for by the petitioners were given to them and the petitioners were heard in the matter in accordance with the directions issued by this Hon'ble Court by the judgment in the Original Petition. Finding that 192 SuoMoto cases have been disposed of in advertently, after the date of judgment in O.P.(C).No.301/2018, the Land Tribunal, Koothuparamba by proceedings dated 01.10.2018 had passed an order recalling the orders issued in the aforesaid 192 cases. True copy of the proceedings dated 01.10.2018 issued by the Land Tribunal, Koothuparamba is produced herewith and marked as Annexure R1(f). Thereafter, on completion of the hearing of the petitioners after granting ample time for them to produce the documents proving their title and ownership over the properties claimed by them, the Land Tribunal, Koothuparamba has issued proceedings dated 07.11.2018 rejecting the claim of the petitioners finding that the lands in question to do not belong to the Devaswom as claimed by the petitioners. True copy of the proceedings dated 07.11.2018 issued by the Land Tribunal, Koothuparamba is produced herewith and marked as Annexure R1(f). It is submitted that with the issuance of annexure R1(f), the judgment dated 15.02.2018 rendered by this Hon'ble Court in O.P.(C) No.301/2018 stands complied with in its entirety and further proceedings on Annexure R1(f) is kept in abeyance for a month, as directed by this Hon'ble Court by order dated 14.11.2018.”
