JUDGEMENT
Learned government Pleader submits that, orders have already been passed on 07/07/2007, pursuant to Annexure 1 judgment. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the second respondent did not comply with the order and petitioner was allowed to continue only in the U.P section. According to the learned counsel for the second respondent, the order passed by the government is under challenge in WPC No.22968/2017. The Contempt Case has come up for further hearing only today after notice was issued to the respondents on 04/7/2017.
In view of the subsequent developments, when another writ petition is pending consideration of this court, I am of the view that the petitioner will be free to raise all his contentions in the writ petition which is pending. Contempt case is accordingly closed.
