The Review Petition is filed pointing out that pay revision has been implemented in the Corporation with monetary benefits only from 1.1.2014.
But in paragraph 5 of the judgment it is stated that pay revision is implemented with monetary benefits from 1.4.2010'. Similarly instead of G.O(Ms)152/15/AD dated 16.09.2015' it is referred to in paragraph 7 of the judgment as '`G.O(Ms)150/15/AD dated 16.09.2015'.
respectively of the judgment dated 18.01.2018 in W.P(C).No.308 of 2017
are liable to be corrected accordingly and the judgment shall stand modified to the above extent.
The Review Petition is accordingly allowed.
