JUDGMENT
The condemner has filed an affidavit stating that she was not aware of the interim order till Annexure A4 notice was received. It is seen that Annexure A4 notice was received by the condemner on 12/4/2018. Though she has complied with the order from July 2018 onwards, after the received instructions from the standing counsel, after filing of the contempt case, there is no satisfactory explanation for not complying with the order after receipt of the Annexure A4 notice. However, since she has tendered apology, this contempt case is closed.
