The petitioner herein apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No.18/2010 of Bureau of Investigation of Economic Offences, Srimantapur, Guwahati, Assam. On instructions, the learned
Public Prosecutor has made available before this Court a communication issued by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bureau of Investigation [EO], Assam dated 29.09.2018, wherein it is stated that the petitioner herein was arrested and he was taken for medical examination. He fainted in the
meanwhile and the Hospital, to which he was advised admission, informed that he is not fit for travelling. It is stated that the petitioner being the Officer in charge of Bureau of Investigation [EO] has given him bail on medical ground through a bailor. This is recorded.
Having regard to this, the bail application is closed, reserving the right of the petitioner herein to move for bail in accordance with law.

However, if the petitioner is required for interrogation in Kerala, Notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C. shall be issued to him.
