Petitioner herein, apprehending arrest in Crime No.34/2018 of Anchal Excise Range for offences punishable under sections 8(1) & (2), 55(g), 67(b) of Kerala Abkari Act, seeks bail.
I am not much impressed by the above contention of the petitioner since the presence of the mobile phone, aadar card of the petitioner herein at present are the primary link. Hence, I am not inclined to grant the benefit of pre arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the bail
