O R D E R
The petitioner herein is arrayed as accused No.1 in crime No.38/2018 of Excise Range Pattambi, Palakkad District, for offences punishable under sections 55(i), 15(c ) and 67B of the Abkari Act. The allegation is that on 16.5.2018, at 2pm, the petitioner herein along with the second accused sold IMFL to accused Nos.3, 4 and 5. Crime was registered. Apprehending arrest, the petitioner seeks bail.
Considering the fact that the allegation is of sale of liquor in a public place, I am not inclined to grant the benefit of the pre-arrest bail to the petitioner herein. Accordingly, bail application fails and is dismissed.
