The petitioner herein stands arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No.303/2018 of Pattambi Police station for offences alleged under sections 341,323,324,506(ii) and section 308 read with section 34 IPC.

It is alleged by the prosecution that, the petitioner herein along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant. The overtact attributed to the petitioner herein is that, he used iron rod. However, very serious injuries are not seen inflicted on the body of the defacto complainant. Iron rod requires to be recovered. Hence, I am inclined to permit the petitioner to surrender before the investigating officer subject to the following conditions:

i). The petitioner shall surrender before the investigating officer within ten days from today. After interrogation, identification and recovery, if any. If he is proposed to be arrested, he shall be released on bail on he executing a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each.

ii). He shall appear before the investigating officer on all Mondays and Fridays between 9 am and 10 am for a period of two months from the date of his release.

iii). He shall not threaten, coerce or intimidate the defacto

vi). He shall not get involved in any other offence.
