It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has preferred Ext.P5 representation before the Chairman and Managing Director, Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, seeking reconsideration of Ext.P4 order.

In the above view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1^st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 representation
