J U D G M E N T
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that orders as directed in the judgment in W.P.(C) No.11235 of 2016 dated 08.04.2016 had been rendered on 27.05.2016 and the petitioner had been reinstated in service by order dated 28.05.2016, and disciplinary proceedings were finalised awarding penalty of barring of one increment with cumulative effect.
In the above circumstances, this Contempt of Court Case is closed without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to challenge any orders issued against him in appropriate proceedings, if so advised.
