The petitioner, who was a member of the 3rd respondent Society, has approached this Court in this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Exts.P7 and P8 and a writ of mandamus commanding the 2nd respondent to re-consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and examine the issue independently and to disqualify respondents 4 and 5 from the Managing Committee of the 3rd respondent Society.
