The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a declaration that she is legally entitled to continue in service as Senior Superintendent in the Kerala State Co-operative Employees Welfare Board, till she reaches the age of 58 years, in view of Exts.P1 and P2.
Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
