JUDGMENT

Petitioner along with brother and sister are co-owners of an extent of 8.1 Ares of property situate in Re-sy.No.E02 17/50and 17/51 of Manacaud Village in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. A partition was effected on 11.1.2016, evident from Ext.P1 registered deed of SRO Chalai. Thereafter, an application for effecting mutation was submitted. However, the same was not considered. Consequent to which, petitioner has submitted Ext.P3 before the 2^nd respondent. According to the petitioner, in spite of all earnest efforts of the petitioner, the 2^nd respondent has not taken any action to effect mutation of the property registered as File No.1926/2015.

Having heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Senior Government Pleader, there will be a direction to the 2^nd respondent to take on board File No.1926/2015 and consider the same in accordance with law after providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or any other
