JUDGMENT
This contempt of court case is filed by the petitioner complaining that the directions contained in Annexure A1 judgment in W.P.(C). No. 9124/2016 dated 06.01.2017 is violated by the respondents. As per Annexure A1 judgment, the writ petition was dismissed, however, a period of one month time was granted to the petitioner to file a suit in accordance with the provisions of the Kerala Surveys and Boundaries Act. Till such time the interim order granted by this Court was directed to be continued. According to the petitioner, in violation of the said direction the respondents have initiated action to tar the road in question, which necessitated the petitioner to file this contempt case.
