J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is the headmaster of an aided school. The question
that is involved in this writ petition is whether an aided school would come within the ambit of the Right to Information Act or not. In the light of the judgment of this court in Sree Narayana College v. State of Kerala
[2010 (1) KLT 691] , the issue is covered against the petitioner.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
