The settlement agreement will form part of this judgment. It appears that the petitioners discharged the liability owed to the first respondent by respondents 2 to 4. The liability was discharged under compulsion as the property

now belongs to the petitioners is sought to be sold. In that view of the matter, the petitioners are at liberty to recover the dues from respondents 2 to 4 in accordance with the law.
