JUDGMENT
The learned counsel appearing for the Kerala State Beverages (Manufacturing and Marketing) Corporation Ltd.,/2nd respondent submits that condition No.36 of the Foreign Liquor Rules has already been considered by this Court in batch of cases including W.P.(C) No.12956 of 2014.
Under such circumstances, petitioner's grievance has already been taken care of. Hence, there is no reason to keep the above writ petition pending. The petitioner shall also be entitled to get the benefit of judgment dated 13.12.2016 in W.P.(C) No.12956 of 2014 and connected cases, if she has been included in the ranked list, which is in force. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of.
