The petitioner is aggrieved with the

non-consideration of Ext.P4 representation filed before the 1^st respondent Tahsildar. Ext.P4 is dated 25.09.2017. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the land tax was being paid up to 2016.

The learned Government Pleader submits on

instructions that the land is a 'kayal puramboke' and the petitioner cannot be permitted to pay land tax. In any event, the Village Officer, the 2^nd respondent herein would have to issue written orders on Ext.P4 and the same shall be considered within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. It is made clear
