JUDGMENT
The writ petition was filed challenging a detention and by interim order dated 02.02.2011, the goods were directed to be released on the condition of the consignor furnishing security bond for the value of security deposit demanded. Hence, nothing survives in the writ petition and the parties would be left open to take up their respective contentions before the adjudicating authority, if not already finalised.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
