This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking direction to grant environmental clearance for a housing project. Today, a memo is filed by the petitioner stating that during the pendency of this writ petition, the clearance is granted by the environmental authorities and the writ petition is not pressed by the petitioner.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
