JUDGMENT

The issue raised in this writ petition was with regard to the recovery of loan availed by the 1^st respondent. It is submitted that the entire outstandings due have been cleared by the petitioner in the One Time Settlement Scheme of the Bank. This is not disputed by the learned standing counsel for the Bank also. In the above view of the matter, this writ petition is closed as having become infructuous.
