JUDGMENT
The prayer in the writ petition is as follows:
2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the
respondents contending that the petitioners were apprentice trainees who were entitled to regularization. No person engaged as a trainee
had been granted regularisation in service, it is submitted.
In the above circumstances, this writ petition is closed without
prejudice to the contentions raised and reserving liberty to the petitioners to take up the issue of regularization in other appropriate proceedings.
