According to the petitioner, pursuant to the judgment of the Apex Court in SLP Nos.21433-21435 of 2010, petitioner is entitled to get refund of the stamp duty in respect of the sale certificate, Ext.P2. In that regard petitioner has submitted Ext.P3 which is registered as File No.6839/2015/G before the respondent. Non-disposal of Ext.P3 is the grievance pointed out by the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader, there will be a direction to the respondent to take on board Ext.P3 and consider the same in accordance with law after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or any other interested persons and attain finality within four months.
