J U D G M E N T
Ext.P3 is an application preferred by the petitioners for effecting mutation in respect of the property covered by Ext.P1 settlement deed. The limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, when this matter was taken up for admission, is for a direction to the third respondent to take a decision on Ext.P3 application on merits, in accordance with the provisions contained in the Transfer of Registry Rules.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P3 application within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Ordered accordingly.
