In view of the aforesaid, we are of the view that no further cause of action subsists for the appellant to challenge the actions of the authorities. However, the appellant submits that he had in fact paid towards demand an amount of Rs.43,435/- and not a mere sum of Rs.29,006/-, as stated by the learned standing counsel.
With this observation, this appeal stands disposed of. Let the order of the Kerala Water Authority dated 13.7.2017 be retained as part of record.
