We have heard learned counsel, Sri.P.A. Ahammed, appearing for the Original Petitioner. He submits that the petitioner has received all payments and as such, he does not desire to pursue the contempt case in which we made certain prima facie observations by order dated 13.06.2017. In view of
the aforesaid, the contempt cases stand withdrawn.
