He has filed this appeal against the solitary finding of the learned single Judge whereby the learned single Judge, while quashing the order of the Managing Director, in respect of grievance Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 6, refused to grant the relief in respect of grievance No.2. Grievance No.5 was incidentally not pressed at the time of hearing.
