Learned counsel for the appellant states that he had primarily filed the appeal against the non-extension of an interim
order by the learned single Judge. He submits that now, by virtue of order dated 27.06.2017 passed W.P.(C) No. 15614 of 2017, the learned single Judge has extended the stay and as such, the appellant has no subsisting grievance as of now. In that view of the matter, he seeks leave to withdraw this appeal. Leave is granted and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn under the aforesaid circumstances.
