This review petition is filed by respondents 4, 5 and 7 in the writ petition seeking to review the judgment in W.P. (C). No. 37964/2016 dated 24.01.2017 to the extent the directions contained in Annexure A2 judgment in W.P.(C). No. 27867/2016 dated 28.01.2016 in similar circumstances is incorporated to Annexure A1 judgment under review.

Having considered the rival submissions, I think it is only appropriate that the review petition is disposed of with appropriate directions.

Accordingly, the review petition is disposed of, modifying the judgment to the extent that whatever directions contained in Annexure A2 judgment in W.P.(C).
