JUDGMENT
This contempt case is filed by the petitioner complaining that the direction contained in the judgment in W.P.(C). No. 1666/2017 dated 30.01.2017 is not complied with. Today when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader submitted that already direction is complied with on 02.03.2017. Therefore, I do not find any reason to pursue the contempt proceedings any further.
Accordingly, the contempt of court case is closed.
