The learned counsel for the petitioner in both the Rent Control Revisions submits that the matter, in dispute, involved in these Rent Control Petitions, has been settled by way of compromise and the learned counsel for the respondent agrees with the said submission. The settlement agreement is filed, under Order 23 Rule 3 of the C.P.C., in R.C.R. No.428/2011. The terms of settlement would form part of this order. Hence, these Rent Control Revisions are disposed of accordingly.
